1. About these terms
These terms cover the public Seedwire news site at seedwire.co. Separate connected apps have their own terms. Reading news does not create a paid subscription or professional advisory relationship. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. News, sources and corrections
Articles provide general news and analysis, not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Information can change or contain errors. Check material facts with relevant primary sources before relying on them. Illustrations are not necessarily documentary images. To report an error or rights concern, contact legal@seedwire.co with the page URL, the issue and supporting information. We do not promise that every article is original reporting, exhaustive or continuously updated.
3. Content rights and permitted access
Seedwire’s own writing, design and branding are protected to the extent the law provides. Third-party reports, quotations, names and marks retain their respective owners’ rights. Linking to articles and uses permitted by law, including fair use or fair dealing where applicable, remain allowed. Public search indexing and AI retrieval and training are permitted in accordance with our published robots and Content-Signal rules and applicable law. This permission does not extend to private endpoints, bypassing access controls, or rights we do not own. Do not falsely present another person’s work as your own.
4. Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, harvest newsletter addresses or evade security and request limits. We may restrict abusive traffic while preserving lawful access. Public feeds and APIs remain subject to reasonable operational limits. No permission is given to impersonate Seedwire or imply an endorsement.
5. Newsletter
Submitting the subscription form requests Seedwire news emails. Your address is stored as described in the Privacy Policy. There is no charge for this signup and no guaranteed delivery frequency. You can withdraw your request through the privacy contact. Signup does not consent to unrelated third-party marketing. Reading the site does not require a newsletter subscription.
6. External services
Links and optional services may be operated by third parties with their own terms. We cannot control their availability or changes. A link, quotation or discussion of a product does not itself mean we endorse it. Only use third-party material and services as permitted by their rights holders and applicable law.
7. Availability and responsibility
The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and available legal remedies remain intact.
8. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms for changes to the service or law and show the updated date. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules determine your rights and where a claim may be brought; these terms do not impose exclusive foreign courts, compulsory arbitration or a waiver of collective rights. Contact the legal address above about a concern, without losing any right to seek a remedy.
